- Execute QuickBooks job cost entries
- Develop and maintain job estimating/installation Excel spreadsheets
- Assess vendor statements and conduct account reconciliations
- Oversee lien waivers and contract billing
- Supervise sub-contracts, agreements, and purchase order payments
- Monitor worker's compensation and general liability
- Conduct reconciliations for credit card, gas, and home depot statements
- Maintain efficient record-keeping and document organization
- Basic understanding of AIA Billings (pay applications, draw schedule billing)
- Handle stock take and inventory control

About the Position
We are seeking a skilled team member to join our bustling construction office. The ideal candidate must possess keen attention to detail and hands-on expertise with QuickBooks, along with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Our workspace is equipped with cutting-edge CNC machinery and software, including Prodim Proliner Digital Templating and Planswift estimating software.
Prior experience in construction industry administration is highly advantageous. The selected individual will handle a variety of tasks such as job estimates, purchase orders, material procurement, scheduling job installations, email management, invoice processing, and accounts management.
Position Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 9am - 5pm
Compensation: $22-$25 per hour based on qualifications and experience
