Description
We seek a Content Strategist to develop and execute content strategies that align with the company's objectives and drive user engagement.
This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including MARCOMM, product marketing managers and Comms to inform and create content that meets the needs of our target audience and enhances the user experience.

- Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive scaled channels content strategy that aligns with Business Messaging priorities for Enterprise and SMB audiences.
- Seek and leverage research to understand our businesses that informs the content strategy, as well as content development.
- Create content that resonates with our audiences and aligns with overall business strategy and priorities.
- Collaborate closely with Marcomms, PMM, Demand, Growth and Design teams to maintain a web editorial calendar to ensure that content is produced and optimized on a consistent basis.
- Provide a consistent point of view based on performance of the website as well as best practices.
- Develop and maintain a web content style guide to ensure that all content is consistent in tone, voice and messaging, as well as wireframe and UI elements usage.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure that content is optimized for search engines, social media, and other digital channels.
- Analyze and report on the performance of content using analytics tools while working with the team to test and optimize web copy consistently.
- Stay uptodate with emerging trends and best practices in content marketing and web content strategy.
- Identifies, communicates and escalates any content or project risks or opportunities to deliver against the editorial calendar and across workstreams as expected.
Experience and Skills:
years of experience in web content strategy or a related field
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools
- Proficient with user experience, SEO and social media best practices
- Creative thinker with strong copywriting skills
- Comfortable working independently under quickly changing conditions and priorities, can manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail
- Excels at crossfunctional collaboration with experience working with both technical (data science, product and engineering) and brand/creative teams in a fastmoving environment
- Experience with troubleshooting and working with engineering and data scientists on technical problems to resolution
- Resultsoriented, and experienced with data, reporting and considering multiple variables to identify and present informed solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate business results and recommendations clearly and effectively to all levels within the organization
