- Deploying updates, patches, and hot fixes to Numerix OneView application.
- Providing application Level 2 and Level 3 support.
- Creating Unix shell scripts, Python, and Perl scripts.
- Troubleshooting issues related to batch jobs, and disk space and memory management utilizing Unix/Linux tools.
- Reviewing application log files to identify and trouble shoot the application related issues
- Writing SQL.
- Excellent hands-on experience in Linux operating system.
- Strong knowledge in writing SQL and MS-SQL Server.
- Demonstrated experience in Unix shell scripting, Python, crontab management.
- Exposure to Unix/Linux tools to troubleshoot issues related to batch jobs, and disk space and memory management.
- Hands on experience with application Level 2 and Level 3 support.
- Reviewing application traces and log files to identify and trouble shoot the application related issues
- Exposure to deployment activities for applying updates, patches, and hot fixes
- Ability to take a high-level objective and deliver results working with HQ staff with minimal supervision
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with diverse team members, often in multiple locations.
- Prior working experience with Numerix Oneview
- Prior working experience with Murex MX3
