Indiana Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse licensure required
Current CPR/AED certification required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/DESIRED:
Prior clinical nursing experience required.
Prior office nursing experience preferred.
Prior orthopaedic nursing experience preferred.
