If you decide to pursue a care apprenticeship at the Carl von Heß Social Foundation, you will obtain a state-recognized qualification. As a care assistant, you will support elderly and sick people in managing their daily tasks. As a companion and helper for seniors, you will assist them in finding meaning and enjoyment in their daily lives. In elderly care, every day brings something new, as every person is unique. After completing the 1-year apprenticeship, there are further career opportunities available, such as a generalist training to become a care professional.
