Your Typical Daily Responsibilities

Provide exceptional dining service to a group of assigned tables in our onsite restaurant
Take meal orders from residents and their guests and enter with accuracy into our Point of Sale System
Complete all front of house side work in preparation for meal service to ensure efficiency, organization and sanitation
Assist with meal service at special events and celebrations held within the Belmont Village community

Skills Required for Success

Being flexible and adaptable to different schedules, tasks and evolving needs within the department
Proficient in verbal and written English with strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to actively listen, observe, identify and anticipate guests needs with a strong focus on customer service
Ability to follow detailed instruction while working as part of a team to achieve a collective goal

OUR MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Must be 16 years of age or older
Proficient in written and verbal English
Demonstrates a willingness to learn and work in a handson position
Interest in working with aging population
