Location: US:WI:MENOMONEE FALLS at our WOODLAND PRIME 400 facility.

This job is ON - SITE.

FTE:

Shift:
Shift 4
One shift required every two weeks and one holiday requirement per year.

Job Summary:

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

A minimum of 4 years of nursing experience with at least 3 years is in acute care nursing is required.

Previous critical care or ED experienced as a RN is preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Bachelors in Nursing is required.

In lieu of Bachelor's degree, either an additional 3 years of experience or active enrollment in a Bachelors program with a defined end date is required.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Has strong verbal communication skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Communicates effectively in all areas of practice and to a variety of staff. Assesses his/her own communication skills during encounters with patients, families, physicians and staff. From these assessments seeks continuous improvement in communication and conflict resolution skills.

LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:

Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).
