Your tasks:

As a TGA engineer for the areas of heating / air conditioning / ventilation / plumbing within the Architecture & Construction department at ECE, you are part of the team responsible for planning the technical building equipment with a focus on our shopping centers.
With your expertise, you are responsible for the economic conception and implementation of technical systems within all HOAI performance phases for new construction and existing projects within our interdisciplinary project teams.
You develop technical concepts, determine cost frameworks, and draft technical contract texts.
You present your results to investors and tenants, commission and manage external specialist planners and other service providers, and keep an eye on costs, timelines, and quality.
You are the technical contact person for the Technical Managers of the shopping centers and support the ongoing operations with your expertise.

Successfully completed technical studies (e.g. technical building equipment, supply engineering)
Several years of professional experience in planning, construction, and operation of technical building equipment for new and renovation projects of commercial large-scale properties
Good knowledge of planning phases and object monitoring, combined with expertise in planning and implementing ESG measures in the technical field
You work in a results-oriented and independent manner and are characterized by a partnership-based assertiveness
