Department of Employee Support for Collective Bargaining Employees
(100% employment = 40 hours/week)

Your tasks:


  • You lead the team of the Department of Employee Support for Collective Bargaining Employees and are responsible for all related areas of responsibility: applicant management, travel expense accounting, administration of student assistants, and absence management.
  • You actively drive the further development of the department.
  • You develop and optimize process and service standards to ensure quality and compliance with labor and collective bargaining conditions.
  • You implement upcoming digitalization projects in the department and create all necessary conditions for their sustainable application.
  • You ensure the continuous updating of work foundations (labor law, collective bargaining law, social security law, procedural) in the various areas of the department.
  • You advise our managers on collective bargaining issues and work
