We are a heavy civil engineering company in Arizona, New Mexico and the west slope of Colorado seeking experienced heavy civil engineering estimators.

Must have verifiable experience with bidding bridges, dams and other heavy civil projects and must have working knowledge of budgets, estimates, schedules, bids, contracts, insurance and Safety Metrics.

Responsibilities:

Tracking metrics and deadlines as outlined by the contracts with an eye on profitability, safety and relationship building.

Obtaining necessary permits, approvals and any other regulatory prerequisites as well as drafting and submission of budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements.

Manage costs to meet budget. Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts. Manage the construction schedule and activities. Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines. Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships.

*Minimum Requirements*- Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles.

• Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs.
• High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to read plans and specs.

Pay:
$75, $110,000.00 per year
