At Gresham Hunt, we are excited to be working with one of the fastest growing VC-funded FinTech companies in Munich, specializing in AI-based B2B software. You will join a team of 30 motivated talents with a passion for finance and data.

They are currently looking to fill a position in the Credit Risk department as part of their expanding team.

Your responsibilities as a Credit Risk Specialist will include:

You will play a crucial role in creating and documenting guidelines for risk assessment and credit review. You will ensure that all procedures are thoroughly documented and transparent and understandable for financing partners and regulatory guidelines.
You will continuously improve the automated decision-making process for customer creditworthiness by working closely with the data science team.
Using financial data from open banking, you will gain insights into customer risk management.
With your expertise, you will support and advise the sales and customer team.

What you bring to the table:

A completed degree and/or 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar field, for example through work in a FinTech or bank (candidates with more experience may take on additional responsibilities).
You think analytically and enjoy working with data, technology, and risk models.
You are comfortable working independently and taking on responsibility.
You have knowledge of business metrics
