Position Summary:
This role is responsible for performing inspection tasks related to in-process, Final and/or Receiving Inspection areas.

Essential Responsibilities:

Perform Inspection on all products within a timely manner
Determine product conformance or nonconformance to drawings
Use SAP to transact product to inventory or to MRB
Write nonconformances for product that is not acceptable to requirements
Detailed review of product against requirements
Document results in Excel and SAP

Position Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required, with 3 years of technical industry experience in a manufacturing environment
This position requires US Citizenship due to the visibility of NO FORN projects
Working knowledge of use of measuring equipment calipers, micrometer optical measurement equipment
Blueprint reading with GD&T, test specifications
SAP or equivalent ERP system knowledge
Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook
Able to speak, read, and understand English; clear verbal communication

Preferred:

Experience in Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) use and other inspection related documentation as required
Must be able to interpret data from CMM
Military, industry automotive or aerospace standards experience. Spacecraft component and subsystems experience.
Work experience in an organization with AS9100 or ISO 9001 certified
