From the biggest fashion companies, we work with knitters, brands, and têxtile designers.Responsibilities will include:
- Provide a wide level of support to customers
- Daily communications with the mill about orders, shipments
- Continuously work to expand customer account base
- Maintain consistent communication and followup with existing and new customers
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Manage calendars and scheduling meetings
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
- Prepare documents for meetings
- Maintain schedules
- Assist in meetings when needed
- Assist the Sales Executive to promote the sales of the ZBLB products
- Execute daytoday administrative tasks including organizing documents, arranging deliveries and updating contacts
- Typical office administrative duties such as keeping the office and material library tidy, ensuring all supplies remain stocked, coordinating deliveries and pickups, etc.
- Follow up with customers about outstanding invoices and prepayments
- Learn the Collection and be able to present it
Skills:
- MS Office knowledge
- 2+ years of administrative support
- Careful attention to detail and followthrough attributes
- Organized
- Knowledge of yarn a plus
Education:
- Bachelor's
- 13 years working experience
Pay:
$45, $50,000.00 per year
