To expand our project team for the property of our client - one of the world's largest truck manufacturers - we are looking for you for SPIE Efficient Facilities GmbH in Weyers Cave as of now as

Tasks:

  • Ensuring the proper technical condition of the technical building equipment to be maintained
  • Maintenance, inspections and repairs of building electrical systems including troubleshooting
  • Independent troubleshooting and optimization of operations in the properties
  • Creation and documentation of daily work performance via mobile devices

Your profile:

  • Training as an electrician / energy systems electrician / electrical installer or comparable qualification
  • Ideally, professional experience in building maintenance and automation technology, but also career starters are welcome
  • Knowledge in other trades desirable
  • German language skills level B2 / driver's license class 3
