Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team.

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of workers in golf course maintenance and groundskeeping projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of workers in various landscape maintenance tasks
• Plan and coordinate daily work schedules
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
• Provide guidance and training to team members
• Perform handson tasks such as landscape installation, irrigation system maintenance, and lawn care
• Monitor the quality of work performed by the team
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

Skills:

• Leadership: Ability to effectively lead and manage a team of workers
• Supervising: Experience in overseeing and directing the work of others
• Landscape maintenance: Knowledge of maintaining landscapes and grounds
• Groundskeeping: Familiarity with groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging
• Irrigation: Understanding of irrigation system installation and maintenance
• Turf care: Knowledge of turf care practices including mowing, fertilizing, and weed control
• Maintenance: Ability to perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Rotating weekends
