  • Taking on the technical and disciplinary leadership of 4-8 installation teams
  • Being the first point of contact for our customers during the installation phase
  • Being responsible for the technical management of construction projects in your area
  • Being responsible for sales and budget in your area and working on building up your region
  • Efficiently implementing construction projects with our operations departments
  • Working together with the People Team to make optimal personnel selections and implement individual development for existing employees

  • You are a heating installation master or SHK technician
  • You have several years of installation experience, ideally with different boiler manufacturers and energy sources - experience as a concessionaire is a plus
  • Your leadership style is characterized by clear and fair communication, and your teams appreciate you both professionally and personally
  • You place a high value on quality and customer satisfaction
  • You are the first point of contact for technical questions in your area and have in-depth knowledge of current standards and legislation
  • You have a good understanding of business management
  • You are digitally savvy and used to working with software
  • You have a Class B driver
