- Solution Design:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and infrastructure needs.
- Design PowerFlex solutions based on business requirements, best practices, and industry standards.
- Develop comprehensive solution architectures and design documentation.
- Implementation and Deployment:
- Lead the deployment and configuration of PowerFlex infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and optimize PowerFlex systems to meet performance, scalability, and availability requirements.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization activities as needed.
- Integration and Interoperability:
- Ensure seamless integration of PowerFlex solutions with existing infrastructure components.
- Design and implement integrations with other infrastructure technologies and platforms.
- Testing and Validation:
- Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of PowerFlex solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing and validation phases.
- Documentation and Knowledge Transfer:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for PowerFlex configurations, deployments, and best practices.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to other team members on PowerFlex technologies and solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- PowerFlex certification (e.g., Dell EMC PowerFlex Associate or Professional).
- Proven experience as a Solution Engineer or Systems Engineer, with expertise in PowerFlex technologies.
- Hands-on experience with PowerFlex deployment and configuration.
- Strong understanding of storage and hyperconverged infrastructure concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
