Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Manager to oversee equipment and property maintenance at our client's manufacturing facility. This role involves managing personnel, systems, and operations to ensure optimal functionality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Direct maintenance of all building systems, including mechanical, electrical, fire/safety, plumbing, and waste management.
Establish standards and policies for equipment installation, modification, testing, and maintenance.
Plan, coordinate, and schedule predictive and preventative maintenance programs.
Provide leadership, training, and support to maintenance staff.
Troubleshoot system and equipment problems and manage spare parts inventories.
Oversee contractors engaged in facility renovation/repair and machinery installation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and ISO/IATF requirements.
Participate in continuous improvement activities and safety committee initiatives.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and recommend technology innovations.
Maintain annual Capital Budgets and manage capital planning process.
Build and maintain relationships with internal departments and outside services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred), 5 years of management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Excellent communication skills and PC proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Solid project planning and management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
CNC experience in Mazak, Haas, Duzan, and PLC.
Automation knowledge in Fanuc robots.
