Maintenance Manager

Salary Range:
Up to $130K

Target Bonus: 10%

Location:
Calumet City, IL area

Proven managerial experience
Experience in planning maintenance operations
Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
Experience with programming PLCs
Experience with Welding and Piping Assembly
Working knowledge of machines and equipment
Directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment, and in maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems of mill, industrial plant, etc.
Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations
Interview, hire, and train maintenance professionals
Develop preventive maintenance programs and policies
Review production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities
