Here, turnkey residential and commercial buildings, office buildings, hotels, and production and storage halls are created. In a hybrid construction method, we combine the advantages of precast concrete elements with energy-efficient timber frame construction.

Your tasks
Management of the planning process with internal and external planners in phases 1-9
Evaluation of functional tenders, plans, and concepts
Support in cost estimation for construction
Supervision and control of quantity, quality, deadlines, and costs
Qualified client support or client function
Your profile
Successfully completed degree in civil engineering or architecture, alternatively completed further education as a master or technician

Experience in construction or project management of turnkey residential and commercial properties
Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
Good general IT and MS Office skills
Cost awareness and innovative thinking, combined with negotiation skills and assertiveness
