    Responsibilities:

    • Re-classify entries in GL
    • Daily Cash Transactions
    • Month-end responsibilities including reconciliations and depreciation
    • Forecasting and budgeting for properties within portfolio
    • Prepare monthly financial statements

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting
    • 3+ years of property accounting experience
    • Experience in FS Reporting, reconciliations, forecasting, budgeting
    • Yardi experience preferred
    2+ Years
