- The Executive Director, Life Company Product Marketing at USAA will lead a team focused on acquiring new business, shaping and implementing product-specific marketing strategies, and driving measurable results.
- Responsible for accelerating growth through continuous testing, improving marketing efforts, and optimizing investments.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to deepen relationships with existing members and attract new ones.
- Develops and executes marketing plans to enhance USAA's connection with members and drive acquisition.
- Lead a team to analyze data, set growth objectives, develop plans, and report on performance.
- Manage marketing budget allocations to ensure sustainable growth.
- Support digital acquisition experience across all Life Company products.
- Provide business acumen, create a vision for product marketing, and seek data to support decisions.
- Identify and manage risks associated with business activities.
- Embrace a performance and change mindset to drive results.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in financial services with hands-on marketing experience.
- 4+ years of people leadership experience.
- Proficiency in product marketing, data analytics, and life insurance products.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and adapt to changing situations.
