Your responsibilities:

Design and optimization of the duty roster
Professional guidance of employees
Management of nursing and care processes, taking into account professional, legal, and qualityrelated aspects
Participation in the development of concepts, standards, and methods

Your qualifications:

Completed training as a nursing professional (e.g. geriatric nurse, health and nursing care nurse, or pediatric nurse)
A managementrelated further education of at least 460 hours according to §80 SGB XI
Binding and customeroriented appearance
Experience in leading teams
