Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all office operations and procedures
- Receive, file and retreive information
- Manage phone systems, clerical tasks, and front desk activities
- Speak with and assist customers
- Procure subcontractor bids and insurances
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Assist in budgeting and expense monitoring
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Ensure the office operates smoothly
- Coordinate with localities, vendors, utilities and others to schedule meetings, inspections and deliveries
- Assist with document preporation including estimates, proposals and invoicing
- Create and manage job schedules and weekly shedules
- Knowledge of social media a plus
Skills:
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in office management or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent supervising and leadership abilities
- Experience in schedule management
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations
- Scheduling software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
