Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Representative to join our team.
As the Operations Representative, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.
This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff members
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Oversee office budget and expenses, ensuring costeffective practices
- Maintain office policies and procedures, implementing improvements as needed
- Manage office equipment, including troubleshooting any issues or coordinating repairs
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role
- Strong knowledge of file management systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Experience in scheduling management and calendar coordination
- Knowledge of human resources practices is a plus
- Previous experience in office management is highly desirable

Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
