Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Representative to join our team.

As the Operations Representative, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.

This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


Duties:


  • Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff members
  • Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
  • Oversee office budget and expenses, ensuring costeffective practices
  • Maintain office policies and procedures, implementing improvements as needed
  • Manage office equipment, including troubleshooting any issues or coordinating repairs
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

Experience:


  • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role
  • Strong knowledge of file management systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
  • Experience in scheduling management and calendar coordination
  • Knowledge of human resources practices is a plus
  • Previous experience in office management is highly desirable
