    OVERVIEW

    The Foodservice Analytics team is seeking a Sales Analytics Lead to support our North America Foodservice (NAF) strategic priorities to leverage data, analytics and insights to drive growth for our business.

    This position is responsible for developing sales activation insights through data analysis and reporting with a specific focus on our Foodservice Sales & National Account Executives (NAEs).

    In this role, you will use data and insights to create compelling stories that will influence broader NAF strategies to deliver exceptional results.

    You will partner with Sales, Sales Communications, Platform/ Channel Marketing, and the National Account Executives to identify targeted opportunities and provide solutions for our strategic customers.

    You have a seat at the table as an integral part of our Connected Commerce team partnering closely with Data, Digital Commerce, Brand Experience, Category Management and Performance Marketing teams.

    We're looking for someone who can manage the day-to-day tasks, take the necessary initiative to think differently, ideate on solutions that can positively impact the business, take ownership and propose strategic initiatives that will enhance the work of the team.

    You will leverage your analytical, sales, organizational, and communication skills to be the voice of Foodservice Analytics as you influence internally and partner with leadership to bring sales strategies to life.

    This role will provide the opportunity to work closely with National Account Executives and performing insights for distributors like Performance Food Group, US Foods and various other distributors.

    This role will teach you how to take a large amount of data and understand the most important pieces of information to create a contextual and insightful story that will equip both Sales and Marketing with information to make the best decisions.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    You will leverage your Foodservice industry knowledge to develop insights from a broad range of information sources and formulate a cohesive story that enables sales growth:

    Partner with Field team, National Account Executive Sales and Sales Communications teams to understand strategic priorities and develop actionable insights to solve field sales analytical questions.

    Develop and maintain suite of reporting and analytical tools in Tableau to support Sales teams while working closely in partnership with Data Governance and Digital &Technology team.

    Lead the execution of Sales Volume Program process in partnership with Sales Leadership, Finance and Digital &Technology
    Providing trainings to the stakeholders, increasing visibility, and driving adoption of Analytical tools
    Execute monthly reports, opportunities, leads and insights from Distributor portals
    Partner with them to more effectively and efficiently answer business questions to drive growth and improve productivity.
    Collaborate across Consumer & Marketing Insights and Marketing functional teams to inform decisions with analytics for best-in-class new product launches and distribution development
    Provide market performance and share information to sales teams to identify business opportunities
    Develop capabilities with emerging resources to support the Sales teamand Consumer Marketing Insights team.
    Continuously develop Industry knowledge regarding trends, challenges, and opportunities
    Manage multiple strategic analytics monthly or ad-hoc projects
    Grow, partner & inspire teammates

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    Bachelor's degree
    Microsoft Office fluency with Advanced Excel (pivots, formulas, large data sets)
    Experience in Tableau
    Effectively manage multiple projects
    Ability to influence across key stakeholders
    Adaptability and resilience; adapt to ambiguity and change
    Prioritization skills
    Solid communications skills—written and verbal
    Solution oriented and problem solving mindset
    Learning mindset
    Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
    Strong project management skills
    Ability to work autonomously

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    3 years Foodservice and/or retail field sales Industry experience a plus
    Experience with Salesforce and Seismic
    Distributor data portals experience

    Salary Range

    The salary range for this position is $ $ / Annually.
