Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Customer Logistics Manager to oversee our cellular devices logistics operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely delivery and management of cellular products and services, enhancing customer satisfaction, maintaining operational efficiencies and focus on delivering continuous measurable improvement to the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement logistics processes tailored to the fast-paced cellular devices market.
Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure efficient procurement and distribution.
Oversee customer specific inventory management of cellular devices, including forecasting, purchasing, and stocking strategies.
Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to align inventory with customer demand and expectations.
Implement and monitor logistics performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and develop improvement strategies.
Manage customer service issues related to delivery, returns, and exchanges of devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops and cellular routers).
Collaborate with IT and systems teams to leverage technology for process improvements, including the implementation of systems enhancements to automate otherwise manual processes.
