    We are seeking a senior engineer to join our engineering team.

    Our philosophy in agile development requires our engineers to be product-centric, as we rely on context sharing rather than perfect specifications to produce intuitive and efficient tools for our team and our clients.

    We focus on growth, and a senior engineer would take on a crucial role in mentoring other engineers and helping them with tackling more complex designs and implementations while leading by example.

    Your ability to learn and translate experience into different contexts would be more valued than your specific knowledge in a particular technology or field - we frequently experiment with the latest technologies and tools, and we look for you to be inquisitive and resourceful to string solutions together.

    Work with product and design to drive product features and implementationsOwn different initiatives from concept to deploymentMentor other engineers in both technical reviews and career developmentMake improvements to developer productivity through process and tools implementationProvide internal engineering supportWork with a fully remote and distributed team
    5+ years of professional programming experienceExperience building complex web products in all parts of the stackLow ego and high empathyExcellent verbal and written communicationHigh sense of ownership and self-discipline(Optional) experience in React and TypeScript(Optional) experience in Python, django, ORMs, RDBMS(Optional) experience in AWS
