The Association for Active Diversity is active in the fields of social-cultural work, children and youth work, as well as social pedagogical support.

It is an independent provider of child and youth welfare services, including kindergartens, youth leisure facilities, school stations, and family centers.

For our family center "Parent Meeting Point" located in the Adventureland kindergarten, we are currently looking for:


a pedagogical employee for 15-20 hours

as a substitute for sick leave

Your tasks include:


  • Conducting group activities for families, mainly in the afternoon
  • Planning and developing concepts for activities
  • Close cooperation with the kindergarten
  • Counseling and referral of parents and families
  • Acquisition of families and volunteer employees
  • Contact person for volunteers
  • Telephone counseling
  • Documentation, reporting, and quality assurance
  • Participation in team consultations, professional advice, and supervision
  • Participation in committees

We expect from you:


  • University degree in social work, social pedagogy, education, or psychology
  • Experience in working with families
  • Personal commitment
  • Mental resilience
  • Communication and cooperation skills
  • Punctuality, honesty, prudence, flexibility, and team orientation
