To strengthen our team for our well-known and reputable client in the Waldshut-Tiengen area, we are currently looking for a HR MANAGER / HR SPECIALIST (M/F/D) DIRECT PLACEMENT.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible management and handling of the entire personnel department for the company group, from personnel recruitment to exit
Conducting job postings, job interviews, and employee onboarding
Implementation of HR policies and procedures, including employee development and performance management
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
Collaborating with management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
Managing employee relations and resolving any issues or conflicts
Overseeing payroll and benefits administration
Maintaining accurate personnel records and data management
Providing support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters
Continuously improving and optimizing HR processes and procedures.
