Responsibilities:

Assist with ADLs (Grooming, bathing, showering, monitoring fall risks, light housekeeping).
Transportation: Take to appointments, run errands, and go on outings.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license.
Vehicle with valid insurance and registration.
Minimum age of 1
High school diploma or GED.
Successful completion of criminal background checks.
