Be part of an extraordinary life We are currently seeking an outstanding Quality of Life Specialist/Resident Assistant to join our team.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIESThe Construction Worker is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the renovations department. Conducting under supervisor direction, construction-related tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, form setting, etc. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Performs construction-related duties such as: form setting, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and excavations. Operates company truck for the purpose of transporting workers, construction materials, and light equipment.

Performs general maintenance duties, such as:

fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair and appliance repairs.

Completes assigned work orders daily according to work order system policy.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required One (1) year experience working in construction HOSPITALITY FOCUS Carillon Senior Living fully embraces a culture of hospitality.
