To support our academy team, we are looking for a service-oriented and dedicated individual with a passion for knowledge transfer in Manhasset, NY.


We are seeking a personnel service specialist or personnel clerk from the personnel service industry as a zvoove - Support (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time with enthusiasm and that certain something.

If you have a heart for service and enjoy supporting your colleagues, our academy team is looking forward to having you on board.


What we need your support for:

  • You will be the first point of contact for colleagues regarding our zvoove (formerly L1) program, our software program for the personnel service industry.
  • You will handle our telephone hotline and support requests received via email, and assist our colleagues in successfully using zvoove.
  • You will remotely access our colleagues' systems via TeamViewer and solve various issues.
  • You will conduct online training sessions for our colleagues to improve their efficiency in using zvoove.

What sets you apart:


  • Completed vocational training as a personnel service specialist (m/f/d) or several years of experience in the personnel service industry as a personnel dispatcher or clerk
  • Preferably, knowledge of the zvoove program (formerly L1)
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in providing necessary support to colleagues
  • You remain focused even during routine tasks.
  • You can work independently, but teamwork and reliability are also your strengths.
