Description
***: The Product Support role fills in on different machines, helps with rework on quality issues, and assistant in facility where needed.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Assist on both primary and secondary machines when necessary.
  • Setting up the machines with print plates and die cuts.
  • Read job specs.
  • Quality check throughout the process of the order.
  • Assist with housekeeping on the production floor.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.
  • Always adhere to the safety and quality policies.
  • Comply with the company's attendance / tardiness standards.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more on a regular basis
  • Ability to read a ruler

2nd Shift Hours:

Mon - Friday: 2 pm - 10 pm


3rd Shift Hours:

Mon - Thurs: 7:30 pm - 6 am
