What can you expect?

You install and support the IT infrastructure of our customers around our software FEPA (Windows client, Windows and Linux servers, virtual environments, network connection, MS-SQL, Ingres)
You are responsible for maintenance and administration of server operating systems, such as installing and configuring systems, release changes, installing patches and their applications
You work in customer service for technical hotline inquiries about our ERP software FEPA via remote maintenance and partly on site
You coordinate installation, administration, and optimization of our internal IT infrastructure
