Area Manager (m/f/d) for one of our clients in public transportation (PT) in Walkerville, MT

Sicherheitsdienste und Service GmbH, a renowned provider with a long-standing tradition in the field of security services, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Area Manager (m/f/d).

This position requires a focus on administrative tasks in the office as well as on-site inspections to ensure the quality and efficiency of our services.

Requirements:

Fulltime employment: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday.
Area of responsibility: Office tasks in administration as well as regular onsite inspections to ensure the proper implementation of operational processes.
Language skills: German language skills at least at C1 level or native speaker.
IT skills: Experience with MS Office is required.
Qualifications: Completed training as a certified security and safety officer (GSSK), specialist for protection and security or a comparable degree (e.g. studies in a relevant field).
Driver's license: Class B driver's license advantageous.

Tasks:

Management and organization: Responsibility for the strategic leadership and organization of the assigned area to achieve operational goals.
Personnel management: Leadership, motivation and development of a team to ensure top performance and a harmonious working environment.
Optimizing operational processes: Continuous analysis of processes, identification of optimization potentials and implementation of efficient measures.
