- At least 5 years of strong commercial real estate lending experience.
- The connections across the Kansas City metro to be successful producing CRE loans.
- An enjoyment in participating in various civic and industry events, organizations, and functions.
- The want to achieve and be The Banker for your customers.
- Strong emotional intelligence.
