What to expect


As one of the world's largest consulting firms and business law firms with more than ten locations in Germany, we continue to develop extremely dynamically.

You will advise as part of an interdisciplinary team on complex national and cross-border corporate law issues.
You will also be involved in national and international corporate transactions of our group or our network Marcalliance.

Quickly integrate yourself into the ongoing corporate legal advice and representation of companies of various legal forms, industries and sizes and apply your knowledge.

In the legal field, we want to continue this growth at our Stuttgart location by expanding our Law Unit and together with you, confirm our current JUVE nomination as Law Firm of the Year for medium-sized businesses in the future.

What you bring

Legal passion and excellent legal qualifications
Experienced lawyer (all genders) with at least three years of professional experience in the field of Corporate / M&A, preferably with specialist lawyer qualification
Enthusiasm for the collegial working atmosphere in a strong and closely integrated team with our other business areas in an international environment
Very good German and English skills
