We are currently looking for a

Employee (m/f/d) for the golf reception

Seasonal work (April-November) with a guarantee of re-employment, also possible part-time

Your tasks

  • Processing and organization of daily golf operations (e.g. planning and assigning tee times)
  • Assistance and sales in the hotel's own golf shop
  • Administration and processing of golf club tasks
  • Warmly welcoming and bidding farewell to guests
  • Operating the telephone system - handling inquiries and forwarding them (interface between departments)
  • Information center - providing extensive information to guests

Your profile

  • Good knowledge of German
  • Familiarity with MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
  • Strong guest and service orientation
  • Confident and composed demeanor - remaining friendly in difficult situations
