Job Summary:

We are looking for freelancers to work as an Usher and/or Box Office Associate.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Usher

Work in conjunction with the House Manager to ensure a smooth open of the House
Prep the House and Lobby for the Performance/Event
Conduct emergency exit checks
Count and record tickets as they are collected and monitor House doors
Clean after show debris from the House at the end of each Performance/Event

Box Office Associate

Selling tickets to the general public from the Box Office or other locations in the building
Reconcile the box office at the end of shift
Follow all policies and procedures for box office operations
Work in conjunction with the House Manager &Ushers to ensure a smooth open of the House

Experience and Education Requirements

Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism.
Fantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for quality.
Fire Guard Certification is a plus
