Located at Plumley Village in Worcester, the Custodian will be responsible for general cleaning of building and equipment, vacuuming, cleaning floors, kitchens, bathrooms, walls, windows, painting, trash removal etc. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.

This position is a part time year-round position,
15 hours per week, 8am-11am, Monday through Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and methods, willingness to learn new skills and attention to detail are required.
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Ability to climb ladders.
OSHA certification is preferred.
Interact with Club staff.
Maintain contact as needed with external community groups and contractors.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high energy level and be comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with daytoday responsibilities.
Regularly required to speak clearly and hear the spoken word as well, blingual Spanish/English preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of 2 years similar work experience preferred.
