The
ADAC Nord Dienstleistung GmbH offers high-quality service and consulting services within the ADAC network. Here, we are dedicated to the topics of mobility, travel, vacation, insurance, and of course, ADAC membership.


Your responsibilities:

  • Friendly and qualified handling of phone calls
  • Management, maintenance, and updating of data in the system
  • Expert and independent handling of initial inquiries and requests regarding ADAC memberships, insurance, and products
  • Needs analysis and consultation with customers regarding additional services and products offered by ADAC
  • Implementation of quality standards and goals together with the team

Our requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of telephone work
  • Ideally, some experience in customer service, career changers are welcome
  • Empathy, service orientation, and commitment in dealing with customers
  • Quick comprehension
  • Availability to work between Monday
  • Saturday from 8:00 am 8:00 pm (maximum 2 Saturdays per month)

We offer you:
