We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Guest Relations Manager to join our team and support in ensuring world class welcome and service is provided for every guest.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Supervising and coordinating the activities of the front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service.
Assisting guests with menu selections, wine pairings, and special requests.
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and execution of orders.
Upholding our standards of excellence in hospitality and ensuring a memorable dining experience for every guest

To be considered for the role you will have:

Previous experience as a Guest Relations Manager or in a similar guest-facing role in a high-end restaurant environment.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and team members.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Knowledge of fine dining, wine service, and menu offerings.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and highpressure environment
