Help Make a Difference in the DACH Region with Worthington

Are you passionate about protecting the environment and utilizing technology? We are looking for a motivated SaaS Sales Specialist to join our team and provide innovative carbon management solutions to industrial and manufacturing companies in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).

Your Role:

  • Drive sales of our cutting-edge carbon management software, assisting industrial and manufacturing businesses in reducing their carbon footprint.
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to effectively cover the DACH region.
  • Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Understand client needs and customize solutions that align with their environmental goals and business strategies.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to ensure a seamless implementation and exceptional customer experience.

We Are Seeking Someone Who:

  • Has a proven track record in sales of specialized procurement or supply chain software solutions.
  • Is fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication skills. Fluency in other regional languages is a plus.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the challenges faced by the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
  • Possesses strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
