- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling and ventilation components.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC Systems to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with the team to complete installations and projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
- HVAC certification or relevant trade school education.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC Systems, components, and controls.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- EPA certification preferred.
- Past experience as an HVAC service technician or comparable education.
- Valid Driver's License.
- EPA Certification.
- Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds.
