Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 10 hour shifts with on-call requirements

Pay Range:
$27 - $29 an hour, depending on experience

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Review, coordinate and assign crafts/resources to daily work authorization in the assigned maintenance system, and collaborate with additional craft resources and supervisors for scheduling work.
Create sketches, drawings, and bill of material for miscellaneous work. Pipe, Pump, Structural, civil, Building, Heavy Equipment, and Vehicle repairs.
Act as liaison with other department supervisors, planners and schedulers for scope & procedure procurement
Ensures proficient operations of some or all of the following software: AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Project, assigned maintenance system, and MicroStation.
Identify resources and cost estimates to specific job tasks.
Order MTL and/or other special materials when required.
Verify drawings and approval signoffs for inkind equipment replacement.
Interact with the purchasing department on all bid items for material specifications and weld procedures.
Confirm field verification and dimensional checks on inkind equipment replacements to verify conformance to specifications.
Identify the necessary tools, materials, and resources needed to complete a preidentified task and create daily work scopes.
Ensure management is fully informed of any potential shortfalls/problems in daily assignments.
Work overtime and cover oncall duties as needed.
Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

Experience as an instrument tech in construction is a plus
Trade school or journeyman/craftsman training, NCCER, or bachelor's degree

Minimum Job Qualifications:

Three years of jobrelated experience: pipefitting, millwright, welding, boiler maker
Must highly detailed oriented
Valid Driver's License and a valid TWIC card
18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
