We are a successful owner-managed company providing personnel services in the fields of AUTOMOTIVE, AVIATION, ELECTRICS, HEALTHCARE, HOSPITALITY, INDUSTRIES, LOGISTICS, and OFFICES.

We are currently seeking a
Receptionist (m/f/d) for our renowned client in
Regensburg to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

Welcoming and assisting guests and clients
Issuing and managing visitor passes, employee IDs, and company vehicles
Preparing and setting up meeting rooms (including catering)
Coordinating facility management
Answering phone calls
Creating orders in the SAP system
Checking and approving invoices within your area of responsibility

Your profile

Completed commercial apprenticeship with previous experience in the abovementioned tasks
Good knowledge of MS Office
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Excellent German and good English language skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently
