Job Title:
Order Processing and labeling**
Overall Objectives
To ensure that all orders are processed and filled in accordance with the "Pick Lists"


Key Tasks

• Pulling parts from stock and recording the LOT numbers and shipping details on the "Pick List"
• Taking Orders to Invoicing
• Passing Orders to shipping
• Preparing labels and packaging to comply with labeling "Device master"
• Packaging items either in compliance with "Device Master" or best practice
• Verification that products were labeled and packaged correctly and placing into stock.
• Receive, verify and record incoming products from suppliers in Product Receiving Log
• Records incoming inventory in FishBowl by entering quantity and lot numbers
• Works close with Production Manager and assists with product packaging and labeling
• Checking of the Pick list to the parts being shipped match for quantity and description
• Entering or checking the shipping address matches what's on the order
• Organizing archived paperwork for storage
• Maintains work area clean, organized and operational

Skills and Qualifications:

• Orthodontic or Dental knowledge is a plus
• Understanding labelling and packaging requirements
• Understanding of the use of the "Device Master Record"
• Understanding of the importance of LOT numbers and traceability
• Understanding of our product range and recognition
