    Optum Bank is seeking a highly motivated Treasury Manager who will be responsible for leading a team responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of treasury, cash management and payment products, services, and systems.

    Develop and execute treasury solution strategies associated with deposit products, cash management services and payment services offered by the bank
    Lead a Team of Treasury Professionals responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing support of banking solutions and systems to support cash collection, concentration and ACH, wire, paper check, payment card and virtual card disbursement processes
    Manage vendor relationships for key payment processes including the Federal Reserve, core deposit systems and payment software providers
    Work directly with business analysts, developers, and product owners to design, configure and test treasury applications to ensure functionality is delivered as expected
    Lead and enhance internal treasury processes to drive operational efficiency and to ensure compliance with internal policies, controls and procedures
    Knowledge of innovative banking/treasury solutions, best practices and financial institution industry trends
    Proven solid project management skills
    Keen acumen on risk and controls, processes and procedures, to ensure services are delivered to clients in a robust and compliant manner
    Proven solid organizational skills - able to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively

    Bachelor's Degree
    7+ years of experience working at a financial institution; or an equivalent combination of bank treasury and/or cash management experience and training
    Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
    Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation
    Experience working with commercial ACH and wire payment processing software and bank deposit platforms
    Project management experience within finance, banking, business and/or treasury
    Familiarity with broker deposit programs
