    Monday thru Friday 8:30am- 5:00pm

    Handling high call volumes

    -Inform the patients of their financial responsibilities and set up financial arrangements, Copays/deductibles

    -Inform patients of what to expect when they come in and answer any questions they may have about their upcoming visit.

    - Communicate with other departments to make sure orders, insurance is verified, and schedule is current.

    -Be able to read reports and determine what is needed.

    - Be able to give directions and instructions to patients.

    -Good communicator both written and verbal.

    -Positive Attitude and approachable to patients, visitors and coworkers. TEAM player

    Qualifications
    • 2yrs of Pre- Registration Healthcare experience
    • Insurance knowledge-
    • 2yrs collection experience
    • Healthcare terminology
    • Proven good phone etiquette
    • Multi tasker
